History in the Baking
Grands Moulins de Paris (GMP) the brand owner of Délifrance is based in France and has been involved in the flour milling business since the beginning of the twentieth century. Délifrance's French styled Cafés are characteristic of the Parisian charm. Délifrance Asia Ltd's close relationship with GMP allows its operations to enjoy consistency of products served in its outlets through continuous upgrade in product technology as well as quality raw materials.

More than just a Café
Délifrance is all about quality fare, variety and friendly service in a warm and inviting environment. We use only the finest ingredients, prepare our meals fresh and bake daily on-location at our outlets.
Relax over a cuppa freshly brewed coffee and baked pastries. Enjoy delicious signature sandwiches, hot meals and great desserts, any time of the day. Our Cafés offer a self-serve menu of Délifrance's signature sandwiches and premium French bakery items. Introduced since 1985, our distinctive Parisian tables and rattan chairs that customers have grown to recognize as typical Délifrance interior is now further enhanced through a retail image enhancement programme throughout the system.
Délifrance Asia Ltd is owned by Auric Pacific Group Ltd, a public listed company on the Stock Exchange of Singapore (SGX). Délifrance began its operations in Asia, starting in Singapore in 1983, initially selling frozen dough to hotels, supermarkets, restaurants and airlines. Its first Café opened in Singapore in 1985 at Clifford Centre.

In this new concept, Délifrance sells a selection of freshly-baked speciality breads and viennoiseries, sandwiches made to order in front of the customers, and an appetising selection of gourmet savoury and patisserie products to enjoy with a wide range of hot and cold drinks.
