1983 Délifrance made its debut in Singapore by setting up wholesale and manufacturing business and selling to hotels, clubs, supermarkets and airlines 1985 First Café Bakery opened in Singapore (Clifford Centre) 1986 First Bake-Off opened in Singapore (Chancery Court) 1987 Operations started in Hong Kong and China (Shanghai) 1989 Started operations in Australia. First Le Bistro opened in Singapore (Robinson Towers) 1990 Operations in Malaysia initiated 1992 First Café Bakery with a Patisserie Corner opened in Singapore (Jelita Shopping Centre) 1995 Operations in Philippines initiated Awarded BHQ (Business Headquarters) status and set up its Regional HQ (Headquarters) in Singapore 1996 Franchise operations started in Brunei Délifrance Asia Ltd listing on Stock Exchange of Singapore (October) 1997 Sembawang Corporation Limited acquired controlling interest of Délifrance Asia Limited (October)

1999 Operations started in Thailand Franchise operations started in Sri Lanka PAMA Group Inc. acquired 100% of Délifrance Asia Ltd (October) and took it private. 2002 Production facility cum R&D centre opened in Singapore 2005 Rolled out new Bistro concept.
