Ordering Details:

To ensure availability, please place your orders at least five working days in advance, from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays), before 5 pm. Our festive items are available for delivery from 12 November 2024 through 1 January 2025. For those planning Christmas celebrations, orders scheduled for delivery between 23 and 26 December must be placed by 16 December 2024, no later than 5 pm. The last date to place all festive orders is 19 December 2024, at 5 pm.

Delivery & Collection:

We offer both delivery and self-collection options for your convenience. A $10 festive surcharge will apply to all orders, whether for delivery or self-collection, on peak dates including 14–26 and 31 December 2024, as well as 1 January 2025. Delivery slots are available between 11:00 am to 1:00 pm and 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm. For those who prefer self-collection, pick-ups are available at selected Délifrance locations: JEM, Toa Payoh HDB Hub, Northpoint City, Tampines 1, Changi City Point, Waterway Point, SingPost Centre, Downtown East, and Sengkang Hospital, with collection times at either 1:00 pm or 6:00 pm.
