General

  • All prices are inclusive of GST.

  • Our food is halal-certified.
  • Orders for all items to be made at least 1 working day in advance before 09:00am from Monday to Friday (except public holidays).
  • Full payment upon ordering.

  • Delifrance reserves the right to change and substitute products of equal value in the event of any unavailability of product featured in catalogue. 

  • Prices are subject to changes without prior notice. Not valid for any further discounts, including VIP discount cards, any form of vouchers and credit card discounts.

  • Pictures are for illustration purposes, presentation and actual products may differ from pictures shown. Decoration, trimmings, garnishes, tableware and cutlery shown are not included. Cake design may subject to slight variation and decoration used may vary. While stock last. All information is correct at time of printing and may be amended without prior notice.

Amendments/ Cancellation

  • $10 admin charge is applicable for every amendment request made to your order.
  • Email us at orders@delifrance.com.sg if you require urgent assistance on your order, email subject title to include ”URGENT – order number XXX”)
  • Order cancellation must be made within 3 working days and verified by Delifrance service agent (via email), otherwise a penalty of 50% of bill shall be charged.

Gift Cards/ Vouchers

  • Valid 1 year from purchase.

  • Only valid for purchases made on Delifrance website - www.delifrance.com.sg and not in retail outlets, delivery platforms or petrol kiosks.

  • Store credits are applicable for usage over multiple orders until the amount is fully utilized.

  • Gift cards/ vouchers that are tagged to a specific account is non-transferable to other accounts.

  • Not replaceable or refundable if expired.

  • Delifrance Singapore reserves the right to vary/amend all privileges or terms and conditions without prior notice.

  • In the event that an order that was made with the use of a gift card/voucher was cancelled, the voucher will be refunded in the form of a gift card or voucher accordingly.

  • Other terms and conditions may apply.

Storage

  • Food is best consumed within 2 hours from delivery/collection time.

Self-Collections

  • Orders can be collected at all Delifrance outlets except Thomson Medical Centre. Kindly see operating hours for respective outlets here.

  • To facilitate collection, kindly present your e-receipt in stores. 

Deliveries

  • Delivery time slot is subject to availability and delivery fee is chargeable based on order value.

  • Payment with Viva! Value Vouchers is applicable upon validation of the vouchers at the outlet. Viva! Value Vouchers cannot be used for payment of delivery fee(s).

  • Disposable wares are not included and can be purchased here.

    Delivery Fees
    • $15.00 delivery fee is applicable for order value less than $50, $10.00 delivery fee applicable for order value more than $50.

    • For delivery to Tuas, Sentosa and Jurong Island area, there will be an additional surcharge of $30.

    • Surcharge of $20 is applicable in addition to the standard transport charge for any delivery before 9:00am.
