- Early Bird Promotion till 14 December 2025, Sunday.
- Festive items are available from 10 Nov 2025 – 04 Jan 2026.
- Orders must be made at least 5 working days in advance, from Mondays to Fridays (except public holidays). Orders received after 5pm will moved to the next working day. Example: Monday Earliest Delivery on the following Monday; Friday Earliest Delivery on the following Friday, Saturday & Sunday
- Full payment is required upon placing the order online.
- For deliveries between 24 – 27 December 2025, orders must be made by 17 December 2025, Wedneday, 5pm.
- For delivery on 28 December 2025, orders must be made by 19 December 2025, Friday, 5pm.
- Last order date for deliveries between 29 – 31 December 2025 & 1 - 4 January 2026 is 22 December 2025, Monday, 5pm.
- Any order amendments or cancellations must be made at least 3 working days in advance, before 5pm (Monday to Friday), and must be verified by the Délifrance sales team via email.
- There will be a cancellation fee of 50% of the total bill for cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the delivery/collection date. No refunds will be given for order cancellation made less than 24 hours.
- A festive surcharge of $10/order will apply to all orders (delivery or self-collection) falling on 15–28 and 31 December 2025, and 1 January 2026.
- All prices stated are inclusive of prevailing GST.
- Weightage of roast meat indicated is an approximate raw weight measurement. All hot food items will be at room temperature. Reheating is recommended before serving. No pre-portioning services available.
- Disposable wares are not included and can be purchased here.
- Délifrance reserves the right to change or substitute products of equal value in the event of any unavailability of products featured in the catalogue.
- Pictures are for illustration purposes; presentation and actual products may differ from pictures shown.
- Decorations, trimmings, garnishes, tableware, and cutleries shown are not included. Cake design may be subject to slight variation, and decorations used may vary.
- All information is correct at time of printing and may be amended without prior notice.
