Terms & Conditions

A. Better Breakfast Challenge

1. The Délifrance x Meiji Better Breakfast Challenge (“Challenge”) runs from 21 September 2026 to 15 November 2026, both dates inclusive (“Campaign Period”).
2. The Challenge is available at all Délifrance cafés in Singapore except Changi General Hospital.
3. To receive one (1) stamp, customers must purchase one (1) qualifying set comprising:
   • any item from the Délifrance All-Day Breakfast menu; and
   • any milk-based drink at $2, made with CP-Meiji High Protein Milk in place of its regular milk.
4. The $2 promotional drink may be selected from any milk-based drink on the Délifrance menu, including frappes, with a regular menu value of up to $8.80.
5. Each qualifying set entitles the customer to one (1) stamp. Multiple qualifying sets purchased in the same transaction will receive the corresponding number of stamps.
6. Stamps from different Challenge Cards cannot be combined or transferred between cards. Customers may hold and complete more than one Challenge Card.
7. Upon collecting the 3rd stamp, the customer will be entitled to redeem one (1) complimentary milk-based drink made with CP-Meiji High Protein Milk, on the next visit.
8. Upon collecting the 5th stamp, the customer will be entitled to redeem one (1) complimentary All-Day Breakfast item and one (1) complimentary milk-based drink made with CP-Meiji High Protein Milk, on the next visit.
9. Rewards earned upon the 3rd and 5th stamps may only be redeemed from the customer's next visit onwards and cannot be redeemed within the transaction in which the respective reward was earned.
10. All Challenge rewards must be redeemed by 15 November 2026. Unredeemed rewards will expire thereafter.
11. The complimentary All-Day Breakfast reward may be redeemed for any item on the All-Day Breakfast menu except for Extravagant Breakast.
12. The complimentary milk-based drink may be redeemed for any milk-based drink, made with CP-Meiji High Protein Milk. Customisations, substitutions and additional add-ons are not permitted for complimentary drinks.
13. Complimentary items and rewards redeemed under the Challenge do not qualify for additional stamps or mystery stickers.
14. Challenge promotions and rewards cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts or vouchers unless otherwise stated. Applicable Délifrance loyalty points may still be earned on eligible paid purchases.

Mystery Stickers

15. Each qualifying Challenge set entitles the customer to one (1) random Better Breakfast mystery sticker, while stocks last.
16. There are 10 sticker designs available. Designs are distributed at random and are subject to availability.
17. Customers cannot select, request or exchange sticker designs with Délifrance cafés or employees. Customers may privately trade stickers with one another at their own discretion.
18. Duplicate sticker designs may be received.

B. Better Breakfast Lucky Draw

1. Customers who complete all five (5) stamps on a valid Better Breakfast Challenge Card may participate in the Better Breakfast Lucky Draw.
2. To participate, customers must complete the required particulars on the Challenge Card and deposit the original completed card into the designated Lucky Draw Box at any Délifrance café except Changi General Hospital by the close of business on 15 November 2026.
3. Each valid completed Challenge Card constitutes one (1) Lucky Draw entry.
4. Customers may submit multiple completed Challenge Cards. Each valid completed card constitutes a separate entry.
5. The Lucky Draw will be conducted on 29 November 2026.

Grand Prize — Return Economy Flights for Two to Japan

6. The Grand Prize comprises return economy-class flights for two (2) persons from Singapore to Tokyo, Japan.
7. Travel must take place between 1 January and 14 March 2027.
8. Flights will be on Japan Airlines or another full-service airline, subject to flight and seat availability.
9. The Grand Prize includes economy-class airfare, applicable taxes and surcharges, and the standard checked baggage allowance included with the applicable airfare.
10. The Grand Prize does not include accommodation, ground transportation, meals, travel insurance, passport or visa fees, additional baggage, personal expenses or any other costs not expressly stated as being included.
11. Flight bookings and travel dates are subject to availability and applicable airline conditions.
12. Winners and their travelling companions are responsible for ensuring that they hold valid passports, visas and any other documentation required for travel.

Other Prizes

13. Other prizes include:

• Meiji Goodie Bags worth $89 each — 10 winners
• Délifrance Party Platters worth up to $65.90 — 10 winners
• Other prizes as may be announced during the Campaign Period.

14. Délifrance Party Platter prizes entitle each winner to one (1) eligible Party Platter of their choice, for self-collection at a Délifrance café. Redemption is available from 1 January to 14 March 2027, subject to availability and applicable advance-order requirements.
15. Meiji Goodie Bags entitle each winner to 8 Bottles of 350ml High Protein Milk (Assorted Flavours), 1 x 946ml Fresh Milk, 1 Thermal Flash and 1 Cooler Bag delivered to their doorstep. Winner will be contacted via mobile number or email address provided.

Winner Selection & Notification

15. Winners will be contacted by email and telephone by 6 December 2026, using the contact details provided on their Challenge Card.
16. Délifrance will make up to three (3) attempts to contact each selected winner. If the selected winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within 48 hours after the final contact attempt, Délifrance reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
17. Prizes may be transferred to another individual provided the original winner supplies a written letter of authorisation and any information reasonably required by Délifrance for verification.
18. Prizes are not exchangeable for cash.
19. Employees of Délifrance and Meiji, and persons directly involved in the administration of the Lucky Draw, are not eligible to participate.
20. Selected winners may be invited to participate in photography and/or publicity activities relating to the Better Breakfast Movement. Where applicable, Délifrance will obtain the necessary consent before using a winner's name, photograph, image or likeness for publicity or marketing purposes, including on Délifrance's social media channels.

C. $1 CP-Meiji High Protein Milk Switch

1. During the Campaign Period, customers may top up $1 to replace the regular milk in any milk-based drink with CP-Meiji High Protein Milk.
2. The offer is available at all Délifrance cafés in Singapore.
3. The $1 switch cannot be exchanged for cash or used independently of the purchase of an eligible milk-based drink.
4. The offer cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts or vouchers unless otherwise stated.

D. CP-Meiji High Protein Milk Bottle Cap Redemption

1. During the Campaign Period, customers may present two (2) original bottle caps from any CP-Meiji High Protein Milk product at any Délifrance café to redeem one (1) complimentary milk-based drink made with CP-Meiji High Protein Milk.
2. Redemption is limited to one (1) complimentary drink per person per day, regardless of the number of bottle caps presented.
3. Bottle caps presented for redemption will be retained by Délifrance and cannot be returned.
4. Each bottle cap may only be used once.
5. Bottle caps must be original and identifiable as originating from an eligible CP-Meiji High Protein Milk product. Délifrance reserves the right to reject bottle caps that are damaged, altered, counterfeit or otherwise cannot be verified.
6. Complimentary drinks are available while stocks last and subject to availability.
7. Complimentary drinks cannot be customised and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.

E. General Terms

1. Original Challenge Cards must be presented for stamp collection and reward redemption. Photocopies, reproductions and digital copies will not be accepted.
2. Délifrance reserves the right to verify the validity of Challenge Cards, stamps, bottle caps, transactions and Lucky Draw entries.
3. Challenge Cards or entries that Délifrance reasonably determines to have been forged, duplicated, altered, tampered with or fraudulently obtained will be deemed invalid. Participants involved may be disqualified from the Challenge and/or Lucky Draw.
4. Délifrance reserves the right to request proof of purchase or other reasonable evidence to verify eligibility.
5. Promotional items, complimentary items, mystery stickers, rewards and redemptions are subject to availability.
6. Délifrance reserves the right, where reasonably necessary, to amend these Terms & Conditions, campaign mechanics, dates or participating items, or to substitute any prize with another prize of equal or greater value.
7. Délifrance's decision on all matters relating to the campaign, including eligibility, redemption and the Lucky Draw, shall be final.
8. By submitting a completed Challenge Card, participants consent to the collection, use and disclosure of their personal data for the purposes of administering the Lucky Draw, verifying eligibility, contacting winners and fulfilling prizes, in accordance with Délifrance's applicable Privacy Policy.
9. Participation in the campaign constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
