Terms & Conditions

• Festive items are available from 14 Nov 2023 – 1 Jan 2024.
• Orders must be made at least 5 working days in advance, from Mondays – Fridays (except public holidays). Orders received after 5pm will moved to next working day.
• Enjoy 15% off with minimum spend of $100 on our festive items (except Festive Bundles and Festive Platters - Signature) when you order by 10 Dec 2023 with entering the promo code EARLYBIRD15 or CITI<first 6 digits of your card>.
• CITI Cardmembers can enjoy an additional $10 e-voucher on top of the early bird promotion and also a 10% off with minimum spend of $100 for orders placed between 4 - 15 Dec 2023. 
• Full payment is required upon placing the order online.
• For delivery between 23 – 26 December 2023, orders must be made by 15 December 2023, Friday, 5pm.
• Last order date for festive items on 21 December 2023, Thursday, 5pm.
• Any order amendments or cancellation must be made at least 3 working days before 5pm, from Monday to Friday prior to the delivery / collection date and verified by Délifrance sales team via email.
• There will be a cancellation fee of 50% of the total bill for cancellation made less than 48 hours prior to the delivery/ collection date. No refund will be given for order cancellation made less than 24 hours.
• All prices stated are inclusive of prevailing GST.
• Weightage of roast meat indicated are approximate raw weight measurement. All hot food items will be in room temperature. Reheating is recommended before serving. No pre-portioning services available.
• Disposable wares are not included and can be purchased here.
• Délifrance reserves the right to change and substitute products of equal value in the event of any unavailability of product featured in catalogue. 
• Pictures are for illustration purposes, presentation and actual products may differ from pictures shown.
• Decoration, trimmings, garnishes, tableware, and cutlery shown are not included. Cake design may subject to slight variation and decoration used may vary.
• All information is correct at time of printing and may be amended without prior notice.

  Delivery / Self Collection

• Minimum Order of $100 are required for any delivery. Delivery time slot is subject to availability and delivery fee is chargeable based on order value & period.

• Delivery Time Slots, time may vary ±30 minutes before or after the stipulated slots due to the unpredictable weather or road traffic conditions.

•  Festive Bundles and Savouries Delivery Time slots*: 11:00am - 1:00pm / 5:00pm – 7:00pm

• Festive Bundles and Savouries are available for Self – Collection at selected stores only (Jem | Toa Payoh HDB Hub | Northpoint City | Tampines 1 | Changi City Point | Waterway Point) at 1:00pm / 6:00pm
