Please note that the Early Bird Discount and Citibank Card Discount are not applicable on all Festive Bundles.

Ordering Information

Order Deadline: Place orders at least 5 working days in advance (Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays) by 5 pm.

Availability: Festive items are available from 10 November 2025 to 4 January 2026.

For deliveries scheduled between 24 – 27 December 2025, orders must be placed by 17 December 2024 (Wednesday) by 5 pm.

For deliveries on 28 December 2025, orders must be placed by 19 December 2024 (Friday) by 5 pm. T

Last order date for deliveries scheduled between 29 - 31 December 2025 & 1 - 4 January 2026, orders must be placed by 22 December 2025 (Monday) by 5 pm.

Delivery & Self-Collection

Festive Surcharge: A $10 surcharge applies to all orders (delivery and self-collection) on 15 – 28 December, 31 December 2025, and 1 January 2026.

Delivery Times: Available for Roasted Meat, Savoury & Bundle Deals from 11:00 am – 1:00 pm or 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm.

Self-Collection: Available at selected locations only: JEM, Toa Payoh HDB Hub, Northpoint City, Tampines 1, Waterway Point, Sengkang General Hospital, Downtown East, and SingPost Centre. Collection times are 1:00 pm or 6:00 pm.
